By booking and staying at 5 One @ The Laneway, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines help ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful stay for all guests.

1. Guest Eligibility

• The primary guest making the booking must be 25 years of age or older.
• All guests must be registered at the time of booking.
• Identification for each guest will be verified through our secure guest registration app prior to check-in.

2. Booking & Payment

• Bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received.
• A refundable security bond may be required to cover any damage, excessive cleaning, or breach of house rules – $250.00.
• All rates are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and do not include GST.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• A full refund will be provided if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of making the reservation, provided the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
• No refund applies to cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
• Cancellations made between 8–14 days before check-in may be eligible for a 50 % refund, depending on re-booking of the dates.

4. Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in is from 2 pm and check-out is by 10 am, unless otherwise arranged.
• Early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved in advance.
• Self-check-in is available via Smart Lock access once guest identification is verified.

5. House Rules & Guest Conduct

• Guests must respect the property and treat it as they would their own home.
• No parties, gatherings, or events are permitted without prior written consent.
• Noise must be kept to a reasonable level at all times in respect of neighbours.
• Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property.
• Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance.

6. Damage & Liability

• Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay.
• Any incidents must be reported immediately.
• The property owners are not liable for loss, theft, or injury incurred during your stay.

7. Safety & Security

• Please ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.
• Only registered guests are permitted on the premises.
• CCTV may operate externally for security purposes.

8. Acceptance of Terms

• By completing a booking, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
