We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible.

• Full Refund: Guests will receive a full refund if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of making the reservation, provided the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
• No Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.
• Between 8–14 Days: If cancelled between 8 and 14 days before check-in, a 50% refund may be provided at our discretion, depending on the ability to rebook the dates.
